  4. Melodiya D10515/16 contains live performances but apparent edits suggest these may have been assembled from more than one performance.
  5. Different CD (re)issues of the same material are recorded; however, in general, only original LP issues are shown, in mono and stereo variants where relevant (for Melodiya, the prefix D refers to mono issues; for EMI, mono versions carry the prefix ALP).
  6. The second recording of Busoni's Fantasia Contrappuntistica and the Bach/Busoni recordings on Altarus listed without numbers have never been released. Future issue is possible.
  7. Recherché 1004, an audiophile LP issue, is planned for release later in 1998.

  9. EMI Classics was absorbed into Warner Classics in July 2013.
